All units at Wyndham Vacation Resorts Steamboat Springs have full kitchen, flat- screen TV, DVD player, fireplace, air- conditioning, washer and dryer, phone, free high speed internet, hot tub and balcony. 1BR units Max OCC 4: have a king bed and a sleep sofa. 2BR units Max OCC 6: have 2 baths, a king bed, twin beds and a sleep sofa. 3BR units Max OCC 8: have 2 baths, a king bed, queen bed, twin beds & a sleep sofa. Resort enforces maximum occupancy limits. Units are non-smoking. Pets not allowed. Check-in is 4PM and check-out is 10AM. Fee charged for check-out after 10AM on scheduled date of departure. The resort has a heated underground parking garage. The 2 outdoor pools and the ski shuttle are seasonal options only. You must be at least 21 with a photo ID to check-in. A credit card deposit is required.
